This is the best salon in the Hamptons! Obviously the previous reviewer is a local competitor. I have tried every salon from on the east end and find them to be the most efficient, clean and impeccably run. I will be using them for my daughter's wedding!
I just called and the women who picked up the phone didn't say her name, so I asked her name, and she asked me with a frustrated tone "what do you want?" I proceeded to tell her I'd like to address her by name. She said "we are very busy" and hung up on me. If the customer service is like that I would not recommend anyone to go. I am a manager for a very successful salon in EH and this is not how I treat my clients. That just shows you the "type" of salon it is... So then I called back and she seemed frustrated. If so she is not the ONE for the front desk. I've spoken my peace and wish the salon names WATERS EDGE HAIR SALON at 538 Montauk Hwy Amagansett, NY 11930 good luck!
